Objective:

Drive and Support the PDP department business growth objectives through client management and building long term partnerships.  

The Position/Job Description:

  • Support objectives and growth of the PDP department through successful B2B strategy.
  • Ensure continuous understanding of industry changes and developments in learning and training (focus on e-learning).
  • Follow up with Key industries and news to understand market training and development demands in Kuwait and the ME region.
  • The operational tasks for the Business alliance specialist are to identify and build relations with potential clients to introduce KFAS Academy and understand their training and development needs. Once identified, you will work with relevant departments to help create, develop and implement agreed solutions to meet the needs of KFAS Academy clients.
  • Follow up to ensure successful implementation, client satisfaction and sustained interest and achieving set sales targets will be high priority for successful execution of the job role.

Objective:

Support the IDL team to create and develop interactive, high quality courses through several different mediums including, but not limited, to complex graphics, animation and live video content for a diverse array of media, including smartphones, handheld electronic devices, and the web, projects can include title and post-production work, as well as multimedia campaigns, promotion products, technical illustrations and computer artwork for use in a variety of materials.

The Position/Job Description:

  • Work with IDL department to develop product portfolio to help meet KFAS Academy’s objectives.
  • Prepare design plan, concept and layout for animation projects.
  • Be proficient in adobe creative suite, and a 3d package such as (cinema4d, Maya or 3ds max).
  • Be part of the storyboard design and develop process to agree on set objectives and given job scope.
  • Research and develop knowledge to provide sound input on using the best type of medium for the particular course.
  • Develop and create animation videos/mediums based on agreed storyboards using appropriate techniques to meet the set objective and course setting.
  • Work within deadlines to meet projected course launches.
  • Work with internal departments to ensure successful implementation of developed animation videos/images.
  • Follow up to ensure client satisfaction and sustained interest.
  • Assist in selecting audio, video, colors, animation, etc. for graphic design.
  • Assist in designing and creating storyboards

Requirements:

  • Bachelors in field related to Graphic design, Fine arts, Motion Graphics
  • Involved in design and artistic projects
  • Experience in academics preferred
  • Worked in a professional environment
  • Minimum 3 years of experience
  • 3d package knowledge is a plus

Objective:

Perform all operational, marketing-related activities to deliver effective marketing programs that will enhance KFAS Academy’s Reputation and growth.

The Position/Job Description:


  • Coordinates and assists with the marketing activities which may include advertising, social media, direct mailing and e-mailing, printing, events, and promotions.
  • Coordinates and implements branding projects with responsibilities that include special events management and creating brand awareness.
  • Responsible for designing, creating, and delivering marketing programs to support the growth of company services.
  • Develops sales presentations and speeches geared toward promoting the company and attracting customers.
  • Creates communications programs that effectively describe and promote the company and its services including graphics, brochures, photographs, slides, company or product/service fact sheets, logos, or other promotional products.
  • Provides reports based on information collected such as marketing trends, competition, and new services.
  • Prepare status reports on marketing efforts.

Requirements:


  • 2 years working experience in a related area.
  • Familiar with a variety of (online media) concepts, practices, and procedures.  (optional)
  • Bachelor's degree in area of specialty (e.g. Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations)
  • Fluency in English reading/writing.
  • Mastery of computer office applications, including presentation and desktop publishing tools.
  • Working experience in online survey engines and other tools used in marketing.

Objective:

The ability to provide ready-to-use translated content that meets the Academy’s internal needs and help us reach a broader audience.

The Position/Job Description:

  • Ensure translated content conveys original meaning and tone.
  • Conducting the research needed to produce waterproof material while coordinating with other departments to fulfil the tasks in a timely manner.
  • Quality check of all translated texts, ensuring the accuracy of grammar, spelling and punctuation.
  • Follow up with internal team members and clients to ensure translation meets their requirements.
  • Competent in utilizing well-known Arabic and English subject dictionaries to translate the content given to the closest accurate meaning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline
  • Fluency in English reading/writing.
  • Fluency in Arabic reading/writing.
  • the ability to identify grammar, spelling and punctuation errors.
  • Over 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in translating Educational content.
